We delivered an cloud infrastructure and network build for Collective RCM in Sri Lanka. We began with three Azure virtual machines in the Southeast Asia region that were initially reachable through public IP addresses for early access. To harden the environment, we removed public exposure and moved to VPN only access using the Azure VPN Client. Traffic now flows through point to site VPN with segmentation and controls enforced by Azure virtual networks, subnets, and network security groups.

We then expanded the footprint to the US East region so the platform operates across two Azure regions for resilience and better performance for distributed teams. We unified identity and access with Entra ID, applied conditional access and multi factor authentication, and aligned Microsoft 365 services to user roles. The result is a secure, scalable cloud foundation tailored to the needs of a high activity BPO in Sri Lanka.
