Refund Policy

At Vital Systems Engineering Private Limited, we value our customers and strive to provide a satisfactory experience with our products and services. Our refund policy is designed to address various scenarios, and the terms outlined below apply unless otherwise specified or agreed upon in writing.

 

Cancellation and Refund Approval:

  • Cancellation or refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to the discretion of the management. The agreement between the client and the company supersedes any arrangements made with online payment services.

Refunds before Purchase Order:

  • If a customer makes a payment to Vital Systems Engineering Private Limited before raising their purchase order, a full refund or 90% refund (at the management’s discretion) will be issued within 48 hours.

Refunds after Purchase Order:

  • If a customer requests a refund after raising the purchase order, 75% of the total payment will be refunded within 48 hours.

Refund Requests for Completed Billing Cycle or Issued Invoice:

  • Refunds for services rendered after completing the billing cycle or goods delivered after issuing the invoice will generally not be granted, unless special approval is obtained from the management. The management team reserves the right to accept or decline such requests.

Refund Method:

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be made solely to the debit/credit card used for the original transaction. It should be noted that Vital Systems Engineering Private Limited is not obligated to refund any fees or partial fees unless they have been previously paid.

Limitation of Liability:

  • Vital Systems Engineering Private Limited shall not be held liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use this site, any linked websites, or the materials and information provided on such sites. This includes damages based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, regardless of whether the possibility of such damages was advised.

Downtime Compensation:

  • The company shall not be responsible for compensating or providing any compensation for any downtime that may occur.
